“A pedestal sink was in the bathroom. No where to keep toiletries while using. The coffee maker had to be moved to plug in, no access close by. Only one night stand had plug available for phone charger. Very poor overall room design and set up.”

“Stated I booked a room with a shower/tub combo - that was not that case. Website stated they had a pool, it wasn’t until after the cancellation period expired did we get an email stating they turned it into a fitness club. Room service never came to give fresh towels and change sheets and the button to call the front desk on the phone kept giving an error that the call could not be completed”
